Come to the 30th annual bison roundup!
Witness a western roundup beginning at 9 a.m. on Saturday, October 22. This annual event is an opportunity to view one of the nation’s largest and oldest public herds as horseback riders move the bison from the southern tip of the island to the handling facilities located at the park’s north end. View riders and bison from the east side road leading to Fielding Garr Ranch beginning at 9 a.m. From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. enjoy music, education opportunities, and more at the White Rock Bay viewing area where bison will be herded into the corrals.
Working of the Bison in the Corrals
